49th day report Iran protests: 6,730 people killed

NEWS CENTER - According to HRANA, 6,730 people, including 224 children, were killed in Iran and Rojhilat (West Kurdistan).  
 
The Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) released its report on human rights violations during the 49 days of protests in Iran and Rojhilat. The total number of confirmed deaths reached 7,010, of which 214 were attributed to regime forces and 66 to civilians not involved in the protests. The report stated that 6,730 protesters, including 224 children, were killed by regime forces during the protests.
 
The report noted that 11, 744 deaths are still under investigation, while the number of injured was reported as 25,845. The report recorded that 53,845 people, including 141 students, had been arrested, and that 1411 people had been forcibly interrogated and their videos published by pro-regime media outlets. It was also reported that 11,052 individuals had been summoned for questioning. 
 
Meanwhile, protests continued at night, with participants turning lights on and off and chanting slogans from their balconies.
