NEWS CENTER - Peace and Democratic Society Group destroyed weapons upon the call of Abdullah Öcalan. 

 
The “Peace and Democratic Society Group” of the Kurdistan Workers Party (Partiya Karkerên Kurdistan-PKK) organised a ceremenooty for the destruction of weapons in Şikefta Casenê in the countryside of Sulaymaniyah. 
 
The weapons were burnt under the leadership of Besê Hozat, Co-Chair of the Kurdistan Communities Union (Koma Civakên Kurdistanê-KCK) Executive Council. Images of the historic moments were also shared.
