ISTANBUL- ÇHD Honorary Chair Selcuk Kozagacli was arrested 24 hours after his release from prison. 
 
Selcuk Kozagacali, Honorary Chair of Contemporary Lawyers Association (ÇHD), was detained and arrested less than 24 hours after his release from prison.  The prosecutor's office objected to Kozagacali's release. The judgeship accepted the objection and issued an arrest warrant for Kozagacali. 
 
Kozagacali was brought to Istanbul Courthouse and sent to Marmara Closed Prison.  Detained since 2017, Kozagacali was released yesterday as he had completed his sentence.
